At KORRES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
